Our manufacturing facilities are built for addressing a range of processes and applications. Design, Tooling and Execution work in tandem to create a synchronized workflow. The workforce initiates several process improvements using Six Sigma practices for quality improvement.
We specialize in precision moulding of engineering thermoplastics with reinforcements & fillers and several other processes widely used in plastics engineering.
All machines in our shop floor are microprocessor control based and suitably equipped with ancillary equipments such as hopper dryer, hopper loader, mold temperature controller and chillers for consistent part quality. Our machine tonnage ranges from 50T to 1600T and a shot weight capacity of 2gms to 5000gms.
